re Armstrong's turn date of 2009.3, I've extracted the relevant section from his latest work "Its Just Time."
March 19 according to the man himself. However, on the very next page when further discussing the 8.6 year cycle he makes reference to 2009.29 which he identifies as April 16?????
He mentions that the mid-points such as this one do not produce specific turning points. Certainly seems to contradictory (unless I'm missing something).
