when they find some parties or another asset that they can use to raise some $$

can't see the Note Holders throwing any more money at them

so they'll need to go into the market with the transparency that there will soon be billions and billions of new shares issued to holders who don't want them

and who will dump them right down to the lowest price possible to cash out

that's a bit of a sell unless like I began they find a shiny new asset to somehow confuse those that they will be approaching to pour funds into this bottom pit
