    Interesting.
    There were plenty here telling me that the Indian arbitration had no penalty for CNE?
    I'm pretty sure you told me CNE were fine as far as financing went.
    Clearly they weren't and were likely shafted with the JV finance never being completed and the 40% extra cost at the death.
    @FSM8
    Fact check.
    CNE stated that FID would be end of 2018 in their presentation May 15th.
    WPL become operator and FID is delayed over 12 months.
    Are you saying CNE hadn't done FEED when they lodged their exploitation plan?
    Who would do that? As you say its pointless.......
    The exploitation plan requirement is for costings ect to be included, for CNE to lodge the exploitation plan, that WPL was a part of for over 18 months, and not have done all the numbers is simply not credible.
    Its clear as day what happened.
    WPL simply didn't want to FID whilst arbitration was ongoing so stalled until they couldn't stall any longer, lease extension expiry, then at the death, changed the plan completely adding 40% to the cost because it suited them and no one else.
    CNE were still quoting sub 3 billion in September and FAR were still on that wavelength in October.
    These are the facts that I have posted here many times.
