The company doesn’t care about the retail but the tribunal afca will.
you need lodge a complaint to advanced first and if u r not satisfied with the reply,
Everyone lodges a complaint regarding advanced registry to afca and make them suffer.
The lodge is free for us but not cheap for advanced.
They need pay the processing fee($80 initial? and adds on) for each case no matter they r innocent or not. Every case will impact the customer satisfaction ranking in the financial industry and kpi and consequently everyone’s bonus.
Last time when I mentioned tribunal in a email to advanced, they replied immediately with a humble response.
