Hi AJ ....yes valid point. Would have thought though we would have had been informed of Chinese patent being issued in one of the updates. Does seem to be a fairly important milestone and on second read I may have been getting ahead too far in the time line.

But that word cooperation just keeps ringing alarm bells for me. Remember when me and captain were arguing about the memo of understanding with the SBL visit. Captain was quite adamant that something was going down and I thought it was just a tea party. What if Captain was right and something very important was going down that needed a personal one on one face off to resolve. That would explain some of those understatement words like mutual understandings, clarifying world markets and cooperation.

However, at the moment it is all just a bit fun now trying to solve the mystry. If I am about to loss 10s of thousdnads of dollars I am going to a least enjoy playing this like a murder mystry game. Perhasp it was Professor Z, in the Lab with the candle stick, that has cause all this debacle.
