Well, I can hardly agree with U, mate. Advanced Share is a just a warehouse, not like David Jones as a sales department.
It is the directors of a company who are responsible for issuing new shares. In our case, I think the directors breached their duties towards shareholders, acted in an oppressive way against small shareholders..
That's the foundation of my complaint.
I cannot find any legal foundation for complaining against Advanced Share Registry. Sorry Mate
