I agree with you in some senses, but market is forward looking, with no more class actions could CCV payout $100M in the next 7 years? That’s the converse question we could be asking...
You have a negative viewpoint, and that’s great for a balanced debate. However with the past behind CCV now is the best time to invest in the company if you believe in the long term success of the company. If you don’t believe in the long term prospects than don’t invest.
so many 1 share trades today a significant amount of high frequency trading which IMO is a sign of accumulation... could be wrong and just a big dump. Time will tell
