    Thanks @ANTON707. It was nice to meet you too.
    @FlashPoint, your post explains the soul of the meeting much better than mine. Thanks.

    You said "It seems during the recent CR we did get (some) interested institutions and or super fund(s) on board". Yes of course the instos should be buying in LTR if they are not lazy or stupid, but there was no room for them to buy in CR. They are very late anyway. But yes they always have the option to by more on market. They are welcome. wink.png
    @VGK and @Ramblingrose, I thank you both for organising the after AGM meeting. That was great.

    ......

    Now when it comes to what TG Said about mining it;

    I think he is keeping all options on the table. It sounded to me this way; he wants to send the message to the buyer(s) that LTR is capable of mining the KV resource if the price tag we ask for the resource is not met.

    LTR is doing everything as if they will mine it. They have done a very realistic and detailed PFS (updated) for the mine & concentrate plant and DSS (Downstream Scoping Study). No BS.

    I told my opinion to TG; "I believe we have a very strong and supporting retail holders base (us), most holders have very high trust and belief in the board and management of LTR, so majority of them are not selling anything as you know. If you want to have more time to sell this project out we can wait because we believe you will definitely get the right price. Global X Lithium & Battery EFT is now over $54, all time high. And will keep climbing by the time. My valuation for KV is not less than $1.5b, so I am hoping we can get that value. If we'd prefer to mine it then we'd easily get couple of offtake agreements (spod concentrate and/or lithium hydroxide) at the right time and at right price, then our sp would be over 70c anyway".

    No comments from him. We will wait and get the answers.

    I also acknowledge that there is a reason for directors converting their option way way before time. Everyone gets their position in this stock. Holding LTR now is better than holding cash and gold IMO.

    , "...JV partner with deep pockets and expertise in this area did you or anyone ask if it would be an Australian or Overseas company". I can't ask this type of questions which they can't and won't answer mate.
