TL;DR: they're trying to back-calculate the number of votes added at each step from the published graphs, ignoring the fact that the graph values are rounded to the nearest 0.1%. So every time the underlying values pass the threshold from rounding up to rounding down (or vice versa) the values they get look like a bunch of votes have been moved from one candidate to the other. Laughable.
