That actually makes sense.
For us in AUS, life is about to return to relative normality.
With interest rates so low, having money in a bank account is almost pointless.
So, anyone who has any cash but not enough to invest in big ticket items such as property, can invest in stocks knowing that this recovery will likely hold, even if it does have a slight pullback, knowing they will at least see Dividend yield, and more fiscal stimulus.
Pay attention to the news, they are talking about lifting super which will also pile into the stock market. More money in, means more value in the stocks.
There is almost no where else to park a loose 20k at the moment and actually see a ROI, that will in 10 years appreciate.
