what will chm shareholders gain

CHM had market capital of about $17m they now are down to drawing from a debt facility of $1.5m to keep them alive or more like to pay to keep the life support turned on.CHM has 1,152,372,160 shares and a bucket load of options including millions granted to directors.

Have any CHM shareholders worked out what they will gain if they win this case and what money will be left over after the backer takes his portion and what is that potion?

I am no barrister but it would appear very difficult to me to prove that money they claimed came from CHM was actually used to purchase the assests CHM claim.So if its a couple of million you get out of this even if you get say $20m it means nothing to the viability of the company.

The cost to explore and then develope resources is huge and at this stage have we any evidence from drilling that the tenements CHM have have any potential?

Back to the reality CHM only have these court cases.Even if they win what will they get I suspect it is not a great deal and because of the nimber of shares on issue in CHM their will be no value to shareholders.I suspect those directors fees will go up substantially and the court backer will gain heaps leaving shareholders with nothing except a shell of a company.

From my experience developing a resource company takes a lot of skills and if CHM was serious about mining and exploration would they have the currnet board?
