@bbbbbbart because instead of sitting on my hands waiting for answers on HC I just called around to the usual suspects and played dumb (I do that well) asking if I can participate.
One said no, we aren't involved, so and so is....
So then you call so and so and they say sorry it's closed.
Not rocket science.
