In theory that sounds great. Revenue of 165 million values the company at 825 million using a very conservative 5 times gross earnings valuation. Based on that, the current SP should be circa 7.80 dollars. Problem is the market is full of dim wits and morons. I say this based on 25 years equities investing. One current example is Web jet trading at around 6.00 dollars. During the covid down turn they had a huge capital raise that led to massive dilution. The current SP is not even remotely supported by fundamentals. The same crowd and the same mentality determine PIQ's valuation.
Today, and for the past week, the SP has either stagnated or dropped as weak hands sell to buyers. This is hardly the stuff of convicted holders. I continue to hold and accumulate because l am a medical professional who is convinced this company is on the verge of market domination so far as predictive diabetic tests are concerned. That said, its pretty obvious that the wider market of dim wits has not cottoned on. Hence their folly with over priced pie in the sky utopian dreams.
If l hold long enough, l am convinced l will make a shite losd of money on PIQ. Looking at the pathetic daily SP performance is enough to have one involuntary admitted for mental health review. No easy money here thats for sure.
l guess the market will wake up eventually, what the final catalyst will be is anybodys guess. Maybe no one thing in particular but steady gradual incremental SP climb. This is something l prefer to stellar gains followed by stellar retraces as day trafers take their profits. One thing is for sure, PIQ is still travelling well under the radar.
