No worries mate, there are probably others confused a bit as well.
Basically the entrity of the hole averages at 0.3 g/t. however, there are lower and higher grade parts of this. The shorter sections reported within this larger section are those higher grade bits.
This hole appears to get high average grades the deeper it goes. However, because the hole is almost horizontal by the end its actually getting higher grades the more south-east it goes, hence, why they are referring to this south-east extension as a higher grade zone.
This part of the JORC table at the end of the announcement specifies how they are doing the calculations and how they are reporting them:
