The pressure will be in 12-24 months time, not now

One of the issues I have is that by the time that pressure comes, so too may processing technologies for brines and clays that end up relieving that pressure somewhat.

And by the time AVZ actually gets to mine, I think brines and clays may have more momentum than hard rock. This is because they are cheaper and quicker to develop. It was the opex that made them less desirable, but this is the thing that may be improved with technology and apparently already is being improved.
