    It's an interesting one - and something I kicked myself for not punting on after the NSW government settlement...was a heap of buy orders that weren't pulled in time after that distribution. In effect all you'd need to worry about is holding the shares at the record date. Basically you'd just need to sell after the record date and then buy back in at your leisure. Best bet is probably to put your sell order in immediately after close on the record date so you're as far up the queue as possible. Just thoughts, not advice...
