This picture is actually telling a great story...

When farmers dig dams, they use the overburden as the dam walls.

And those gum trees in the distance are quite a bit lower than the top of the dam walls which is suggesting we are reasonable high up. 5 meters maybe?

The dam walls don't seem to have any unwanted material in it to suggest that the subsurface is anything but Hallyosite/Kaolin.

Draw your own conclusion, but I think the depth of the good stuff goes further than the dam walls suggest and the picture shown it is very "white" in colour.

I'm no geo, but this is looking very promising to me.
