with every rose colored view of the optimists you are going to get people who will downramp. its called balance.
when i'm researching a stock i will look for the comments of negative posters then do my research and try to disprove them before taking the plunge.
another question should be why do people continually post all day long on the slighest movement either way. if people are in for the long haul then theres no need to watch and comment all day long.
the same people usually think their stock is being manipulated,capped,getting insto's on board,waiting for directors notices and anything except the fact that people are trying to make money from trading it.
its the traders that should be watching all day not the longterm holders.
