I've contacted the company directly about SRNOC.
They have to be converted in minimum parcels of 500,000.
The company is only required to do conversions once a quarter. They don't intend to do conversions before 31/12/2020. Meaning anything up until then will be converted shortly after in the new year. It explains the price discrepancy.
The next batch after that wouldn't be converted till first week of April for all those received in Q1.
I am planning to convert mine on Monday 21st December which would allow sufficient time for them to receive the forms and cleared funds. That way I minimize the time funds are outstanding.
There is no need to do it now based on what I've read.
If anyone had been converting options there would be notices out.
