Expect that directors are not able to buy currently as they are meant to be in negotiation on non Asia Pac loans. Also, a resolution on the Macabe debt-equity swap is required. I expect that once these two negotiation are concluded, then they will announce a further directors buying window, as per last year...assuming the sp is still well below "fair value" (ie directors opinion).
