It's likely a contract related announcement.
Leaky ship as always. We've always had a 14%+ rise the day before major announcements. This is a prime example.
Think about it. Last AGM Glenn gets new options under condition that he sign a predetermined contract amount. This is probably said contract above that certain amount. So he gets his performance shares and it's all fine and dandy he can enjoy his wine.
Lined up perfectly. Not market news until contract is signed so can hold that off as long as necessary like after the AGM and shareholders vote in his new options
