yep totally agree with your discription of jh . i was at the agm as well . thought he had dry humour and his head seemed to be up his ass a bit. he come across as though he was better than every one in the room and was very toung in cheek. if i had a $ for every time he has said "did you check the last announcment" i would be rich.
