The Company wished to advise that the estimated indicated coal resource of 1.314 billion tonnes in the Waterberg coal field which was quoted in the presentation to shareholders at the Company’s general meeting and the subsequent media release, both of which were lodged with ASX earlier today, is compliant with the JORC 2004 Code.
In total, the shareholder approvals received today will result in the further issue of 420 million shares and 435 million options to complete the acquisition. This will increase the Company’s issued capital to 561,431,465 shares and 495,000,000 options.
