I would believe that the controlling interests have enough % to ensure that the vote cannot get put down.
TSV will look very poorly managed indeed if the oppies are voted down, its like saying " heres you car with the free tint and towbar " and then after the cars purcahsed you don't provide the tint and towbar.

Its only my opinion but I would think the price would not go up if the oppoes were knocked on the head, we would likely just see 70 million shares for sale at 2.1 c
