Siamese, the chart is the chart. Whether gold is being manipulated or not, if it falls through it's bottom channel, it will change the course of gold mid term, not necessarily because its being manipulated, but simply because it fell through the bottom of its trend line. People will still follow the chart no matter what. So far it has more than respected its bottom band showing the chart is being respected.

What im saying is that even if gold was being manipulated short term or in spurts, it has the potential to send gold into more of a mid term down trend.

If they were manipulating gold, it would make sense for them to sell off heaps while gold is sitting on its bottom band, knowing that a break of that bottom band would send it spiralling down to wherever....
