Some sinister games being played at this level. 3 consecutive 4H doji candles, algos hunting for stops shy of 10c on tiny orders whilst testing for actual support volume, was surprised it didn't break under 10c given those indicators. Seems a little strange that the SP closed higher BEFORE the announcement (that validated the entire B-Cell platform) than what it is now. "buy the hype sell the news" doesn't apply when the news validates the hype. So we have been greatly de-risked and are trading below the SP we where before when that risk was a defining factor. Does it make perfect sense for institutions to apply the governor push the price down and accumulate? you Betcha!
