reports to worksafe are usually confidential.
They are not permitted to tell your employer who complained or if in fact there was a complaint.
They simply visit the site unannounced and do an inspection.
If you were 'caught up' in work choices why did you agree to allowing your employer the right to sack you for 'operational reasons' when the agreement was first signed?
doesn't sound like much of a choice for you.
A perfect example of how some employers shonked the system.
Close the loopholes like the example you have mentioned and the system improves without being thrown out.
