@Gekkowolf a substantial holder notice doesn't need to be lodged as these positions are not over 5%. It doesn't mean the market makers can't accumulate until the time is right to mark it up. There is always a buyer and a seller. What you want to see are big players holding their positions at price points and not selling (taking the supply off market). When the supply has been absorbed, this will create upward pressure on price creating price appreciation, demand > supply at a price level. Market dynamics 101.
