Shame that everytime it looks like it will make a bit of a move above 6.3c at the moment a big seller will come in with another sell.
900,000 on offer there now. That's only small really... only worth $57k or so, but it looks big and scares the small fish.
I think it will take a bit of committed buying to get the Cougar moving upwards in a decent way.
