always pros and cons but it depends who you are and your business strategy. I guess WPL want to secure long term benefits where as CNE wanted to present a low capex option.
it's not rocket science as the JV did know where this was heading and could have positioned themselves accordingly and so old ground but the risk assessment process would have identified this and allowed a change in strategy to align to this direction.
more interested in what FAR are doing, if anything, to get us back trading and why the sale vote only allows us to vote on the day electronically compared to AGM which was weeks in advance, what changes are planned to the board and senior team, lowing operational costs and exploration updates and why
