If ASIC came out before the court case and cleared ISX of any wrongdoing.....the ASX would get buried in court and they would blame ASIC. Its a boys club and we're not in it....ASIC will protect the ASX and thats why you wont hear anything before the court case. On the flip side, I bet ASIC Have nothing because if they did, they would have released it by now so ASX could use it in court.

Also I beleive that ISX extended the court date with the idea that if ASIC clears them, its checkmate for ASX.
