The Pennsylvania Supreme Court court yesterday dismissed the law suit invalidating mail in ballots and stopping the certification of the election on the grounds that the challenge wasn't filed in a timely manner. This totally disregards ballots were received after 8pm on Nov 3rd or whether they are permitted or not. This decision is interesting given that a Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Samuel Alito had previously ruled that mail in ballots received after 8pm on Nov 3 were to be separated, stored in a safe place from other ballots, and if counted to be counted separately. This Alito's ruling allows for later decision to determine whether the ballots are to be included in the final count.

Law suits will continue to be filed over the next 2 weeks at least, as further evidence will be presented and discovery will be sought as the law suits proceed through the courts.

The path to the Supreme Court is getting closer, however there still remains the possibility the State Legislators will decide the vote outcome.

The sleepers in this whole process have been the DNI, DOJ, FBI and Special Investigator John Durham. Will they become involved if they are needed to enforce the law.

I would suggest we wait until all evidence has been presented and court action has been exhausted before determining whether Biden or Trump should be the president.
