    What I find interesting the market was not informed on the SPP shortfall. A further raising was going to be sort around June if the SPP was successful. Hence they can still to go down this road.

    What I'm wondering what has happen with negotiations with the stragetic stake. Were conditions attached, if any, unacceptable to the management?
