I think you're comparing gold bars with bags of dirt.
Medical marijuana v opioids as a pain reliever will always be better. However as a treatment for OA, inflammation or cartilage damage there is no comparison.
Happy to be proven wrong but I'm not aware of any medical marijuana trials or investigations in this area. If you are diagnosed with OA and your insurance covers it (or even if it doesn't) Zilosul will be the treatment of choice.
