I dont think the Debt to Equity will take place, if anything Scarabough "may" make an offer to buy VPG...something is definately cooking and im holding to see when it boils

I think we may see a buy offer for VPG. Maybe that is why we have not seen any directors buying the stock. Think about it last year some directors put in $100,000 into the company and now NOTHING...as if they dont want to average down (seriously).

Anyways, if they go all out and start buying up massive shares in the company now and a buyout is offered within a few months it can be said that they knew of the offer before hand and they did not make adequate disclosure to shareholders.

I think someone is indirectly buying up on behalf of the directors. Maybe its friends or family members, either way its just my view...if we see the sp below 3.5c again i will be buying up some more
