Really? Venture capital?
Every time I have seen one of these agreements, I have seen shareholder value destroyed. I don't understand why Hazer feels the need to raise money this way ... it seems totally unnecessary.
I am going to step out - the price is high atm, and I think this has added a huge downside to the financials.
