Given no one on this forum is able to confirm whether US$10 million plus further costs is owing in relation to GC 21 proves that the management of OEL are incompetent at communication with shareholders.
Uncertainty causes people to sell shares to reduce risk. With so many other cheap oil shares on the ASX I think most punters would prefer to invest in other stocks that have stronger management and better communication.
