Or maybe... they are simply selling an asset that doesn't contribute to the future profitability of the company, freeing up cash to invest in production and possibly pay off some short term debt without the need for a CR? Crazy to think a business would make that decision I know. Time for a bit of positivity... you're not thinking straight, your heads been inside that woolworths fridge too long...
