I reckon the management just threw in the towel. There is no, or very little debt in this co. - but unfortunately for them, no longer is there any SH guaranteed support to fund their lovely life-styles. They saw the end of the long long road of extremely easy money. The writing for them was on the wall. Goodbye first-class! (for a moment I suspect)
