Thats silly and i totally disagree.
Klarna is making a move in Aus which is stupidly small compared to the US & UK.
You're statement implies that ZIP should have concentrated on "marketing" in AUS rather than acquiring QuadPay and dominating the US... That's how i read your comment.
First mover advantage wins. Klarna is fighting over an already dominated and small market here in Aus.
