There is no other disease for which immunity (antibody) testing is done using RDT routinely to my knowledge in the developed world. Immunity is confirmed by serology tests, done by a blood sample sent to a pathology lab. The test reports antibody titre - a quantitative antibody level. Healthcare staff in Australia have these tests done every couple of years to provide evidence of vaccination. The tests are processed on laboratory equipment and results are recorded in electronic medical pathology reporting systems, so there is a record and a history of the result that can be accessed at any time. RDT plays no role in vaccination evidence in the developed world at present. It would be a major shift in practice if it were to do so.
