I have no problem with an alternate view or any view for that matter...& I dont think any poster has any problem with that either...

But....

There is no new content...its always the same...thats my point...the same moans n groans as pre-delisting....

The de listing was a line in the sand...we all knew full well of all the pitfalls we faced pre delisting....so if you chose to go to Nasdaq...then you had been forewarned by GMVs track record.....nothing is certain....so why go back to the same reasons....you should have bailed out....

Or is it a case of cutting your nose to spite your face by holding?

To be honest the only new argument put forth has been the class action..is thats even an option! really?

Happy to be corrected if missed out on any new content in the shortcommings of GMV!
