This so called credit crisis and all the problems in the REITs sectors and been blown out of proportion and the only reason is the bank want more margin, it is in their interest to make it look bad so when they are renegotiating rollover loans they have the upper hand to charge more margin.
lots of loans were established at very low margins and now that the interest rates have halved the banks want more of the offset (greed by fear) making the market very nervous by collectively talking about covenants, its all a lot of bull
Banks are not going to sell up REITs.
