Why do you say CEZ was not wonderful for EMH holders? Fully funded the project through DFS until FID. CEZ is a major, local, government-owned, EV/renewable energy focused, partner that can help easily navigate local customs, government, etc. Substantially reduced our cost of capital so incremental capital raises at the holding company level would be much cheaper. I thought CEZ was a positively game changing partner/deal. Just my opinion.
