Raising $100 million dollars 90% going to an instos to rest to the rabble ( I think its law us rabble get some crumbs nowadays on some cash raisings).

Anyway rather that focus on the small issue (who gets what) the exciting story is the $100 million to drill the crap out of Julimar (not those exact words in announcement but it might as well have been)...

So the company (Chalice) sees the potential of the region is that great it warrants $100 million of drilling, and we are still at the start.

If this announcement , intention and the current halt does not flow over to strong buyer interest in DEV then peoples detective skills are poorer than I think.

This is a massive endorsement in the potential of the greater Julimar zone. They (CHN ) don't think the minerals stop in the first paddock they have hit them in. This is a move a Mineral Resources size company makes.

Tim and his geos thinks this is a massive mineral belt/province, this is further confirmation of that.
