I think many of you have missed that these options don’t start vesting until after 12 months and take 36 months to full vest. I can’t convert any of them for quite some time.
More immediate concern are my other options. I have 6.75 million options that I need to convert in the next 12 months or so. Deciding when to convert these is a complex problem.
