Not sure why there is all this negativity out there. Best if you read the announcement dated 28 October and understand there is a process. In general, the steps identified are:
1. allow the receivers to conduct the receivership process (circa 5 weeks)
2. as part of this process, conduct a formal process to market ALO
3. at the end of the receivership process (about now), PLS and the receiver enter into a share sales agreement
4. the Noteholders vote on the PLS DOCA (already done)
5. PLS and the Receiver complete the share sales agreement and buy the shares in ALO.
From where I sit, we are pretty much on track. Let the process take its course..... instead of speculating all sorts of nonsense.
