This is all too suspicious , it seems as if there has been some sort of collusion between management and certain shareholder's especially when so many shareholders have voted against the remuneration packages , i think they have to come out and be transparent as to their dealings and all communications with the registry, 200M += is a lot of votes from investors when the share price is at its all time lows.
