    This matter regarding on-site processing plant going on for months. How long they want to take a decision. Note it is not the time to build the plant we are discussing. To take a decision to build a plant or buy one. This is called incapability of management. Still they are thinking what to do??
    People in this forum is saying everything is going smooth!!!
    What about the money LNY has to receive from previous processing contractor??
