I spoke to Emerge this morning. ASX continue raising more questions from the answers that EM1 provide and until there 100% satisfied that investors have enough factual information to make an educated decision with there investment they will remain suspended.
So it appears ASX objective is to somewhat protect investors moving forward, albeit freezing current holders capital.
